Ingredients

- 200 g of lingonberry (or cranberries, currants, cherries, etc.)

- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300-350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp slaked soda)
Cream:
- 200 g of cream (15-20%)
- 100-150 g of sugar
Preparation
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead not very stiff dough.
Lay out the dough into a greased form (I have a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3 cm), making bumpers.
Wash cranberries, let the water drain out.
Berry put on the dough, smooth.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
