Apricot cake

Ingredients

- 500 g apricots (or peaches, plums)
- 200 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 200 g
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 10 g of baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 550-600 g of flour
Preparation
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Apricot Wash, remove seeds, cut into cubes.
2/3 of the dough put in a greased form (Form I 20-30 cm), smooth hands.
On the dough put apricots.
The remaining dough to roll out (you can add a little more flour), cut into strips.
Lay strips "mesh."
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
