Ingredients

  • 500 g apricots (or peaches, plums)
  • 200 g of a butter or margarine
  • Sugar 200 g
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 g of baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
  • 550-600 g of flour

Preparation
