Cake "Anthill"

Ingredients

Dough:
- 200 g of a butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 500 g flour
Cream:
- 1 pot of boiled condensed milk (380 g)
- Butter 200 g
Preparation
Preparing the dough.
Mix the butter and eggs.
Add milk and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead not very stiff dough.
Roll it into a ball and put in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for 1 hour.
Greased baking sheet or lay a baking paper.
Chilled dough to break into small pieces.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). I got 4 pan (such as in the photo).
To prepare the cream butter beat with a mixer until white.
Add condensed milk, whisking until smooth.
Baked dough mixed with cream.
Put a slide.
If you prefer, you can sprinkle with poppy seeds or grated chocolate on a fine grater.
Give the cake to soak.
