Cake "Sand"
Ingredients
- 250 g of a butter or margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp slaked soda)
- 2 bottles of boiled condensed milk
Preparation
Yolks with sugar.
Add butter and mix well.
Then add the baking powder, flour and knead the dough.
Baking (baking my size 20-30 cm) or lay a greased baking paper. Put the dough 3-5 mm thick (I get two cakes, shortcakes ready I cut into 2 parts. The result is a 4 cakes the size of 15-20 cm).
Bake at 180 � C for 15-20 minutes.
Baked cake grease with condensed milk.
Cover with second Korzh, grease condensed milk, etc.
The top and sides of cake and smear condensed milk.
