Cupcake "Snowflake"

Ingredients

- 1 can condensed milk (380 g)
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon (150 g)
- 100 g of starch
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 tsp. soda)
- 150-200 g flour
Preparation
Mix the egg and condensed milk.
Add the lemon juice.
Add the cornstarch and mix.
Add baking powder, flour, knead not very thick dough.
Mold a little oil, put the dough. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
To check the readiness of the cake, poke it with a match, if it is dry - cake is ready.
The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
