Cake with lemon and cranberry

Ingredients

dough:
- 300 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 200 g
- 3 eggs + 2 protein
- juice of two lemons
- 600 g flour
- 10 g of baking powder (or 1.5 tsp baking soda)
Sprinkling:
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 200 g
- zest of two lemons
- 200 g flour
also:
- 300 g of cranberries
Preparation
With lemon zest removed (with a special knife or grate).
Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
Preparing the dough.
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add juice, mix well.
Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough is not.
Baking (baking my size 20-30 cm) or lay a greased baking paper. Put the dough, smooth.
Lay out the dough on a cranberry.

Add butter and mix.
Add the zest and mix.
Add flour, stir well, to get the baby.
Sprinkle crumb cake, smooth.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
