Cake "Tenderness"

Ingredients

dough:
- 200 butter or margarine
- Sugar 250 g
- 7 eggs
- 10 g of baking powder (or 1.5 tsp slaked soda)
- 400 g flour
- 100 g of dark chocolate
Cream:
- 500ml milk
- 3 tablespoons semolina
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 150 g
- 1 lemon
Preparation
Milk put on fire.
When the milk boils, pour a thin stream of semolina.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes.
Then remove from heat and cool.
With lemon zest removed (grate).
In chilled semolina squeeze lemon juice, add the zest and mix.
Butter with sugar.
Add the oil in the semolina, all good beat with a mixer.
Is supposed to be not very thick cream.
Put the cream for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cook cakes.

Beat eggs.
Add the beaten eggs in butter, mix well.
Add baking powder and flour and knead the dough.
The chocolate is melted.
The dough is divided into two parts, one add chocolate mix.
Bake two cakes - light and dark.
Baking dish (I have a diameter of 26 cm) grease, pour the dough, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 25-30 minutes.
To verify that the cake is ready or not, it should be pierced with a toothpick (or match), if it is dry - the cake is ready.
Finished cakes cut horizontally to obtain four cake - two light and two dark.
Lubricate light cream cake.
On it lay a dark cake, spread with cream, put a light cake again, brush with cream, put the remaining dark cake.
