Cake "Bee"

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons honey
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)
- 2-2.5 cups of flour
Cream:
- 500 g sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Honey with baking heat, stirring occasionally, until brown.
Separate the whites from the yolks, egg yolks with sugar until the disappearance of grains.
Honey cool slightly and add the yolk mass, mix well.
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Proteins frothed. To better whipped, you need to add a pinch of salt.

Put the dough 0.5-1 cm layer in a greased form (I have a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Whip the cream with the sugar until the disappearance of grains.
Ready-oil cream cakes at once, as would get out of the oven.
Decorate the cake to taste. I smeared it with sour cream, adding a yellow food coloring.
Foil cut out strips 2 cm wide, laid parallel to them on the cake, with a gap of 2 cm. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, and removed the foil.
Put the cake in the refrigerator, allow to soak for 6-7 hours.
