Cake "Confetti"

Ingredients

- 200 g chocolate
- 200 ml of coffee (3 teaspoon per 200 ml of boiling water)
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 500-550 g flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder (or 1.5 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
cream:
- 700 g of sour cream
- 150 g sugar
Preparation
In coffee, add the chocolate, put on a small fire. Melt the chocolate stirring constantly. Cool.
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add chocolate and coffee a lot.
Add flour, baking powder, not knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Each piece put in a greased (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Bake, so 3 cakes.
Each cake is cut horizontally into 2 parts, resulting in 6 layers.
Sour cream mix well with the sugar until the disappearance of the grains.
The cake cleanser.
Cover with the second sheet, brush with cream.
Cover with the third cake, brush with cream. To assemble, thus, all the cakes.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, so it is well soaked.
Decorate to taste.
