Cupcake "Friendship"
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of yogurt
- 1 Cup jam (ideally black currant)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 tsp. soda)
- 350-400 g flour
Preparation
Beat the eggs.
Add the yogurt and mix.
Add jam and mix.
Add baking powder and flour (if You use liquid jam, flour need to take more, if thick or less), knead the dough.
It should be the consistency thicker than for pancakes.
Put the dough in shape.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
