Cupcake with peanut butter
Ingredients
- 350 grams of peanut oil (paste)
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100-150 g of flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 0.5 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, not knead dough.
Form (I used the shape of the size 11-23 cm and height 5 cm) greased with vegetable or butter, put the dough, flatten.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
