Ingredients

- 1 kg of apples (preferably acidic or sour-sweet)
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 600-700 g flour
Cream:
- 500 g sour cream (15-20%)
- 150 g sugar
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Peel the apples, remove the cores.
Cut into thin slices.
The pan (I used a baking tray size 30-22 cm, depth 4 cm) to cover with baking paper or grease.
Put 2/3 of the dough, flatten.
To put the dough apples, smooth.
Of the remaining dough to make pigtails.
To do this, roll the flagellum.
Then flatten it.
Knife to make incisions.
Put pigtails on the cake.
Put the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cream sour cream mixed with sugar.
