Peach pie

Ingredients

- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 50 ml of milk
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 800 g canned peaches (or apricots)
cream:
- 400 g sour cream (15-20%)
- 100 g sugar
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add the milk.
Add baking powder, flour, knead the dough.
The dough should not be very steep.
Peaches or apricots cut into slices.
Pan (my pan 20-30 cm) greased with oil or cover with baking paper, pour the batter, smooth.
To put the dough slices of peaches or apricots.
To prepare the cream sour cream mixed with sugar.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 30-35 minutes.
Hot pie pour the cream.
Let cool slightly, and cut into portions.
