Ingredients

  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
  • 800 g canned peaches (or apricots)

cream:

  • 400 g sour cream (15-20%)
  • 100 g sugar

Preparation

picture - Peach pieOil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.

picture - Peach pieAdd eggs, stir.

picture - Peach pieAdd the milk.

picture - Peach pieAdd baking powder, flour, knead the dough.
The dough should not be very steep.

picture - Peach piePan (my pan 20-30 cm) greased with oil or cover with baking paper, pour the batter, smooth.
