Cheesecake with blueberries

Ingredients

dough:
- 150 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 150 g
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 200-250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
Filling:
- 600 grams of cottage cheese (1-20%)
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 150 g
- 100 g of starch (potato)
- 300 g blueberries (or currants, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, etc.)
also:
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add egg and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead not very stiff dough.
Form (I used a diameter of 26 cm) greased.
Put the dough, make bumpers.
Prepare the filling.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Yolks with sugar.
Add cheese and mix well (if coarse cheese, it should be rubbed through a sieve).
Add starch and mix.
Proteins beat with a pinch of salt.
Proteins add cottage cheese, mix gently (no mixer).
Curd put on the dough, smooth.
Several blueberries leave for decoration.
In the remaining blueberries add 1 tablespoon sugar, beat in a blender (or mix well).
On the curd mass lay blueberries (you can make patterns with a fork). Put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for one hour.
If the top of the cake starts to be burnt, cover it with foil.
Ready cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnish with blueberries.
The cake is completely cool and cut into portions.
