Ingredients

dough:
- 2 eggs
- Butter 100 g
- 1 tsp salt (without top)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200-250 g flour
Filling:
- 200 grams of cottage cheese (6-20%)
- 200 g of crude (solid)
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Prepare the filling.
Finely chopped greens.
Cheese grate.
Mix cheese and eggs.
Add cheese and mix.
Add squeezed through garlic chesnokodavku.
Add greens.
Stir.
A little salt (if you are using a salty cheese, salt must be cautious, and you can never add salt).
Preparing the dough.
Mix eggs and butter (to achieve uniformity is not required).
Add salt, baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.
Form (I used a diameter of 29 cm) slightly oiled.
