Recipe for this wonderful cake shared with me Trubacheva Marina. She, in turn, learned this recipe from my mother. I changed the recipe a little bit and bring to your attention. Marina, thank you very much, we really liked the cake. I think, as a filling, you can use cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes, stuffing, in general, there is room for imagination.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of a butter or margarine
  • 150 ml of beer (each)
  • 400-450 g of flour
  • salt

filling number 1:

  • 400 g chicken (or turkey, pork)
  • 150 g onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable fat

filling number 2:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of cheese
  • green onions (or any herbs to taste)
  • salt

Preparation
