Ingredients

dough:

- 3 eggs
- 100 g of cheese
- green onions (or any herbs to taste)

Preparation
Prepare the filling number 1.
Onions crumble.
Fillets finely chopped.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add fillets, salt and pepper, cook until done (I roasted chicken 15 minutes).
Prepare the filling number 2.
Chopped eggs.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Mix cheese, onions and eggs.
If necessary, add salt.
Preparing the dough.
Mix butter, beer, a little salt.
Add the flour, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Roll each piece into a circle.
To roll the dough was spread in a convenient form, it can be wound on the rolling pin and transfer to the form.
Form a little greased (I have a diameter of 20 cm), put the first layer of dough.
Put the filling on the dough number 1.
Cover with second layer of dough.
