Dumplings

The dough is soft, smooth, supple, very pleasant to work with.
Be sure to attach to the moulding ravioli family. You can include some favorite movie and spend time with fun and useful. Give the children a piece of dough and stuffing, they too will enjoy the process. And though at first they will be clumsy pizza, but, believe me, they will be the most delicious!
When cooking the dumplings are perfectly shaped.
The filling is juicy, aromatic.
Serve the dumplings with sour cream, mustard, butter, 3-6% vinegar.
Stored dumplings in the freezer, the shelf life is approximately 6 months.
The number of ingredients is obtained 100-110 pieces.
Ingredients

dough:
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 500-550 g flour
filling:
- 350 g pork
- 350 g beef
- 200 g onions
- salt
- pepper
also:
- 3-4 Bay leaves
- 5-7 peas allspice
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
Flour pour into a bowl, add the egg, stir.
Add the oil.
Add salt, stir.
Pour the milk, knead the dough.
Milk may need slightly less or more than specified in the recipe (depends on the quality and density of the flour).
From the dough to form a ball.
Cover it with cling film, leave on the table for 40-45 minutes (this is necessary so that the dough is "ripe").
Prepare the filling.
Mince pork, beef, and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Divide the dough into 2 or 3 parts (parts of it easier to roll out, while roll one piece of dough, and the rest put in the package so that the dough doesn't dry).
Roll out thinly, layer 1-2 mm.
With the help of a glass, or a cutter, cut out circles with a diameter of about 7 cm
On each circle put 1 tsp. of minced meat.
Folded in half, the edges to sumipntg.
The parts connect, blind.
Put the dumplings on a cutting Board or tray (very close to a foul is not necessary), place in the freezer.
After the dumplings samorzad, they can be put in bags.
Dumplings can be boiled immediately after molding or frozen (defrost is not necessary).
In a saucepan (I used a pan with a volume of 4.5 liters) pour water, add salt, bring to a boil.
In boiling water, add the dumplings.
Add the Bay leaf and allspice.
After the dumplings rise to the surface, boil them for 5-7 minutes.
Then get, using a slotted spoon, and serve.
