Lorinsky pie with chicken, mushrooms and broccoli

If You don't like broccoli, you don't have to add.
Also, instead of chicken you can use ham.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.
Ingredients

dough:
- 50 g butter (or margarine)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. cold water
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
filling:
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 400 g mushrooms
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g onions
- salt
- vegetable oil
fill:
- 200 ml cream (20-33%)
- 150 g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- salt
Preparation
Oil (do not heat) stir with egg (homogeneous mass to achieve is not necessary).
Add the water.
Add flour and salt and knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in a bag, put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling.
Chicken boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Finely chop.
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes.
Salt.
Add the fillets.
Then add broccoli (defrost).
Fry for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Prepare filling.
