Ingredients

Dough:
- 250 g of mayonnaise
- 250 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 300-350 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)
- salt
Filling:
- 300 grams of meat (beef or pork, chicken, turkey)
- 400 g potatoes
- leeks or onions
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add eggs, salt and mix well.
Add baking powder, flour, knead the dough is not thick.
Prepare the filling.
Onion cut into half rings (Mince onions).
Raw meat cut into small pieces.
Potatoes (raw) finely diced.
Mix potatoes, meat, onions, salt and pepper.
In a greased form (I have a diameter of 26 cm) to lay out half of the dough.

Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for one hour.
