Strudels

Ingredients

- 500 g minced meat
- 500-700 g potatoes
- 150 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
dough:
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder (or 0.5 tsp. soda)
- 200-250 g flour
- salt
Preparation
The egg, mix it with yogurt.
Add baking powder, salt, flour, knead is not very steep dough.
Cover with a towel, put on 1 hour in a warm place.
Minced salt and pepper, mix well.
Roll out the dough.
Lay out the dough stuffing, smooth.
The dough with minced meat roll in the roll.
Cut the roll into pieces with a width of 2-3 cm, leave on for 15 minutes.
Chop onions.

In a deep, wide pan with vegetable oil to fry the onions until Golden brown.
