Casserole with zucchini and minced

Ingredients

- 1 kg zucchini
- 500 g minced meat
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- 100 g cheese
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion mince.
Carrots to grate.
Onion is fried in vegetable oil.
Add ground beef, salt, fry until cooked.
Zucchini peel, remove seeds, cut into cubes.
In another pan, vegetable oil, fry the carrots.
Add zucchini, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the minced meat and zucchini, remove from heat.
Cheese to grate.
In a baking dish put the zucchini with the stuffing.
Sprinkle with cheese, bake in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 20 minutes).
