Stuffed zucchini

Ingredients

- 1 kg zucchini (young)
- 300 g minced meat
- 100 grams of rice
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g of cheese
- leek or 150 g onions
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Boil the rice until tender (as indicated on the packaging).
Zucchini cut.
