Apricot jam with almond petals

I propose a simple but delicious recipe for jam.

Ingredients

- 1 kg of apricots
- 800-900 g of sugar
- 80-100 g almond petals
Preparation
Apricots thoroughly washed.
Remove the seeds.
Apricots put in a pot, fill with sugar.
Leave on for 3-4 hours (in order to let the juice apricots).
Put on fire.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes (remove the foam).
If you want to jam was without pieces, chop it with a hand blender.
Add petals.
Stir.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare jars and lids.
To do this, they must be well cleaned.
Then put in the oven upside down.
Turn on the oven to 100 degrees.
Hold cans in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
In hot jars pour the hot jam (be careful, use potholders to prevent burns).
Close caps.
Allow to cool and clean the refrigerator.
