Apples baked with shtreyzelem

A delicious dessert!
Apples are soft and incredibly fragrant.
Shtreyzel turns crisp, with a golden crust.
Instead of small molds can be used one large form.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 4-6 servings.

Ingredients

- 500 g apples
- juice of half a lemon
- cinnamon (to taste)
- almond petals (or any ground nuts)
shtreyzel:
- Sugar 100 g
- 100-150 g of flour
- Butter 100 g
Preparation
Cooking shtreyzel.
Mix sugar and flour.
Add butter, knead hands to get the baby.
Apples cut into small cubes, add the lemon juice and mix.
Add cinnamon, mix well.
At the bottom of the small molds put apples.
Apples lay shtreyzel.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes).
Ready dessert sprinkled with almond petals or ground nuts.
Serve warm or cold.
