Casserole with rice, apples and raisins

Ingredients

- 500ml milk
- 200 grams of rice (long grain or Round)
- Butter 100 g
- 3 eggs
- Sugar 100 g
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g of carrots
- 300 g apples
- 100 g raisins
- cinnamon taste
Preparation
Milk boil.
In the boiling milk rice to fall asleep.
Cook over medium heat, while stirring, until tender (about 20-25 minutes).

Carrots grate on medium grater.
Apples are cleaned, cored, cut into cubes.

Add the egg yolks into the rice and mix.
Add apples.
We should add carrots.
Add raisins (raisins pre-wash, you can soak for 20 minutes in warm water) and mix well.

Add proteins in rice mixture, mix gently.
Put the mass in a greased (or laid by baking paper) form (I used a diameter of 24 cm), smooth.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Finished casserole to cool and cut into portions.
