Seafood with rice

In this recipe, I used to cook frozen seafood mix (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus), which had previously been thawed, and merged all the liquid.
Ingredients

- 200 grams of rice (any)
- 500 g of seafood
- 400 g of pepper
- 150 g onion
- vegetable fat
- salt
Preparation
Boil the rice until done (as indicated on the package).
Mince the onion.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add seafood stew covered for 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, salt, stir and remove from heat.
