Soup with seafood

In this recipe I used a prepared frozen seafood mix (mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus), which previously has thawed and leaked all the fluid.
Ingredients

- 300 g fish fillets (perch, salmon, and so on)
- 500 g of seafood
- 150 g onions
- 100 grams of rice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil the rice until tender (as written on the packaging).
Finely chop the onion.
Fish cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the fish and fry for 5 minutes.
Pour 2.5 l of water.
When the water boils, add the seafood, salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
At the end of cooking add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic.
