Salad of squid with rice

Ingredients

- 500 g squid
- 3 tablespoons of boiled rice
- 2 eggs
- 150 g onion
- green salad
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Squid cleaned.
In boiling water to lower carcass squid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Squids cool, cut into strips.
Onion cut into thin half-rings.
Fill it with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes to make it softer and was not bitter.
Then drain the water.
Eggs cut into strips.
Mix squid, eggs, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Lettuce break, put on a plate.
Top with lettuce.
