Salad "Crispy"

Ingredients

- 200 g of a white loaf
- 250g chicken fillet
- 150 g of cheese
- 300 g of cucumber
- 150 g onion
- 1 bunch of green salad
filling:
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp 6% vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil until tender fillet (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Disassemble the fillets on the fiber.
Baton cut into cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Onion cut into half rings.
If you use a bow bitter, it should pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, onion rinse in cold water.
Cheese grate.
Make dressing.
