Salad with croutons, peas and smoked chicken legs

Ingredients

- 600 g smoked chicken legs
- 1 jar of green peas (340 g)
- 200g loaf
- vegetable fat
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Baton cut into cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
With legs to remove the skin, free from bones, meat cut into cubes.
Mix meat, peas (drain the water), crackers (crackers are best added before serving, so that they remain crunchy).
