Salad with smoked mackerel

Ingredients

- 1 smoked mackerel (400 g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar of green peas (300 g)
- 300 g of apples (preferably acidic)
- herbs to taste
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Mackerel clean, free from bones, cut into small pieces.
Apples cut into strips or grate.
Finely chopped greens.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Mix mackerel, eggs, apples, peas (drained liquid), onions.
Mix well.
Mayonnaise.
