Squid stewed with onions and carrots

Ingredients

- 400g squid
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Squid cleaned and cut into strips.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the carrots, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the squid, salt and pepper, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
