Calamari, fried in breadcrumbs

Squid cleaned and cut into strips.
Ingredients

- 500 g squid fillet
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Beat eggs, salt and pepper.
Squid dipped in egg.
Then squid roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ready squid sprinkle with herbs.
