Eggplant "Fragrant"

Thanks to weed eggplant obtained incredibly fragrant and tasty.

Ingredients

- 2-3 eggplant
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (I used oregano and basil)
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Wash eggplant, cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Sprinkle salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Then rinse in cold water (this is done to ensure that they are not bitter).
Mix breadcrumbs (I used store bought crackers with sesame) and dried grass.
Beat eggs slightly, add salt.
Eggplant slices dipped in egg.
And roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes on each side).
