Salad with eggplant, funchoza and beef

Don't even know what category to include this dish - salads or main dishes.
Rather, it's still a salad.
Bright, hearty, very tasty.
Instead of eggplant you can use mushrooms.
Instead of noodles, you can use spaghetti, but in this case, it will not salad.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.
