Stuffed squid "Piglets"

Ingredients

- 8-10 carcasses squid (cleaned)
- 150 g boiled rice
- 3 eggs
- 100 g pickled mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Squid boil until tender (dipped in boiling water for 2-3 minutes).
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the carrots and fry.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Eggs grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the rice, mushrooms, eggs, fried onion, carrot, salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise, mix well.
The resulting mass of stuff squid.
Ready squid can be cut, and can be done piglets.
To do this, cut the carrots nickels, ears, tail.
Buds of cloves or peppercorns to make eyes.
