Meat with onions, carrots and rice noodles

Rice noodles - it's noodles made from rice flour. Instead, it is possible to use ordinary noodles.
Ingredients

- 500 grams of meat (pork, lamb, beef, chicken)
- 250 g of rice noodle (or conventional)
- 200 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- herbs to taste
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Finely chop the garlic.
The meat cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, lightly fry.
Add the meat, salt and pepper. Cover and fry for 25-40 minutes (cooking time depends on the type of meat).
Add garlic, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Boil noodles as directed on the package.
On plates put noodles, noodles put meat.
Sprinkle with herbs.
