Cookies on the brine

Biscuits prepared from very simple ingredients.

Ingredients

- 16 tablespoons brine
- 16 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 16 tablespoons sugar
- 400 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (or 1 tsp. soda)
Preparation
Mix the brine and oil.
Add sugar.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 5 mm
Using molds (or knife) to cut out shapes.
The pan should cover with baking paper or grease.
Put the cookies. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
