Biscuits "Croquettes"

Ingredients

- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp milk
- 11 g of dry yeast
- 150 g of starch (potato)
- 250-300 grams of flour
- 150 g walnuts
Preparation
Yeast pour warm milk, add 1 tsp. of sugar.
The dough should increase in volume.
Nuts to put in a blender.
Chop (not too small).
If there is no blender, nuts can be chopped with a knife.
The nuts are lightly fried (without oil).
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the egg, stir.
Add the risen yeast and mix.
Add nuts, stir.
Add the cornstarch and mix.
Add flour, knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in a bag and put in the fridge (not freezer) for 5 hours.
From the dough to form balls the size of walnuts.
The pan should cover with baking paper or grease with oil, put the balls.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 30-35 minutes.
