Dessert "Vanilla"

The number of ingredients is obtained 4-6 servings.
Ingredients

- 500 g sour cream (20%)
- 400 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- stick vanilla bean or 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 25 g of gelatin (leaf or powder)
Preparation
Gelatin soaked in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave it for the time indicated on the package.
The milk to warm up to room temperature.
Mix yolks with sugar.
Add the warm milk, stir.
To put weight on a water bath and heat until the mixture begins to thicken (about 30 minutes).
Stick vanilla cut.
Remove the seeds.
In the yolk mass add vanilla (vanilla sugar is also added at this stage).
Then add gelatin to heat up until gelatin is dissolved.
Mass remove from heat.
A little chill.
After that, the yolk mass mix with sour cream.
Mass pour into the ice-cream bowls (or any suitable molds), place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
