Coffee Cream

Ingredients

- 250 ml of coffee (3 teaspoons coffee per 250 ml water)
- 3 egg yolks
- Sugar 150 g
- 10 g (2 tsp) gelatine
- 300 ml cream 33-35%
Preparation
Gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave for a while, which is listed on the package.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
Put in a water bath, heated to dissolve the sugar.
Add the coffee and mix.
Add gelatin.
Heated up until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat, cool.
Whip cream.
Stir in cream and chilled coffee mass.
Pour into ice-cream bowls, place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
