Panna cotta with cherry jelly

A very popular dessert.
Delicate, fragrant. And very satisfying.
Instead of cherries, you can use any berries, to taste.
Of a specified number of turns 4-6 servings.

Ingredients

Panna cotta:
- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 100 g sugar
- wand vanilla (or 2 tsp. vanilla sugar)
- 10 g of gelatin
jelly:
- 300 g cherries (frozen)
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g of gelatin
Preparation
Prepare the Panna Kott.
Gelatin pour 100 ml of water and leave on for the time specified on the package.
Stick vanilla cut, remove the seeds.
Mix cream, sugar.
Add vanilla seeds.
Put on fire.
Bring to a boil (do not boil).
Add gelatin, stir, remove from heat.
Cool.
Pour in the bowl, put into the refrigerator until fully cured (about 3-5 hours).
Prepare the jelly.
Gelatin pour 100 ml of water and leave on for the time specified on the package.
Cherry pour 250 ml of water.
Add sugar.
Put on fire, bring to boil, boil for 5-7 minutes.
To drain.
In hot broth, add the gelatin, stir until dissolved.
Cool.
On frozen cream pour the jelly.
Refrigerate until fully cured (approximately 3-4 hours).
