Dessert "Lemon"

The number of ingredients is obtained 5-6 servings.
Ingredients

- 18 quail eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 300 g of lemons
- 250 ml cream 33-35%
- 10 g of gelatin
Preparation
Gelatin soaked in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Then gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
From lemons to get the juice (just need about 50 ml).
Whip the cream with 50 g of sugar.
Separate yolks from whites.
Mix yolks with 50g of sugar.
Protein shake with 50 grams of sugar.
Mix the yolks and gelatin.
Add the juice, stir.
Add the cream, stir.
Add protein, mix gently.
Mass pour into the ice-cream bowls and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
