Ingredients

- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g strawberries
- 3 tsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation
Separate whites from yolks.
Whites beaten with a pinch of salt in the foam.
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Whip the cream.
Mix the cream and egg yolks.
Add protein, gently stir with a whisk or spoon.
Berry crush.
Next, the mass to be divided into as many parts as You will use fillers.
I have divided it into 3 parts.
One added vanilla sugar.
The second cocoa.
In the third strawberries.
Massa put in a form in which you can freeze.
Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
