Cream custard

This cream can be used for the filling cream puffs.The number of ingredients is obtained 500-600 ml cream.
Ingredients

- 500 ml of milk
- 150 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
Preparation
Mix yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the flour.
Mix well.
Milk, bring to boil.
Add the yolk mass, mix well.
Cook (on low heat, stirring constantly) until the mixture thickens.
