Casserole with chicken, vegetables and mashed potatoes

Ingredients

- 300 g chicken (or pork, beef)
- 300 grams of eggplant
- 300 g of pepper
- 150 g onion
- 100 g of carrots
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 50 ml of milk
- 100 g of crude (solid or semisolid)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Potatoes are cleaned, boiled until tender.
Eggplant cut into cubes.
If bitter eggplant, they should sprinkle with salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Fillets cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add fillets and fry for 5 minutes.
Add pepper.
We should add the eggplant, salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
In potatoes add butter and milk, salt, potoloch.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
In a baking dish (I used a form of the size of 15-20 cm) put meat with vegetables, smooth.
Meat and vegetables to put mashed potatoes, smooth.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
