Casserole with mushrooms and potatoes

Ingredients

- 350 g fresh or frozen mushrooms (mushrooms, mushrooms, chanterelles, white and so on)
- 600 g potatoes
- 150 g onions
- 150 g cheese (semi-solid or solid)
- sour cream (10-20%) or mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil the mushrooms until tender (I cooked the mushrooms 30 minutes after boiling).
Potatoes (I had not cleaned) boil until tender (exact time will tell).
Onion cut into half rings.
Fry in vegetable oil.
The potatoes are cool, peel, cut into slices.
Grate the cheese on medium grater.
In a baking dish (you can use any form of ceramic, clay, glass) put half of the potatoes, a little salt and pepper.
To grease cream.
Put the mushrooms, a little salt and pepper.
To grease cream.
Put the onions.
Add remaining potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
