Ingredients

- 800 g potatoes
- 70 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 300 g mushrooms
- 50 g of cheese
- leek (or 100 g onions)
- herbs to taste
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Potato peel, cover with water, boil until tender.
Leek cut into half rings (onions finely chopped).
Mushrooms cut into cubes.
