Quail marinated in wine, baked with vegetables and bacon

I do not know what to compare the taste of quail, but certainly not with chicken.
It is important to help retain moisture quail.
Focus on your oven - perhaps the cooking time will have to reduce or enlarge. To test the readiness of quail, pierce them with a knife. If lighter fluid is released - quail ready.
Vegetables can be cooked separately, they get a fragrant and juicy, thanks to the bacon. Instead of bacon you can use butter - decompose it into small pieces on top of the vegetables.
I understand that quail found on sale very difficult, so I advise you to use them instead of chicken thigh or calf. Baking time in this case must be increased to about 45 minutes or hours.
