Very tasty meat!
We recommend the beef (shoulder blade, brisket, shank).
Thanks bacon meat turns juicy, and thanks to the grass - very fragrant!
All of the herbs you can buy in the supermarket. If you can not buy thyme, marjoram it can be replaced. Instead, you can try to use sage parsley or green onions.
Garnish advise to cook rice, salad or fries.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 3-4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 9-12 strips of bacon
  • 9-12 sage leaves

marinade:

  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried or fresh thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation
